My recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room was clean and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location was ideal, making it convenient to shop and explore the surrounding area with the MRT which is just within walking distance. The breakfast spread was absolutely delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. What truly stood out was the attention to detail in housekeeping. In the evening, the room was thoughtfully prepared for a restful night. The bed was neatly turned down, the curtains were drawn, and the room was arranged to create a calm and cozy ambiance. These small but meaningful touches made me feel genuinely cared for. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its outstanding service, comfort, and attention to detail. I look forward to staying here again!

Plus, it’s connected to the 1 Utama Shopping Centre, so shopping and grabbing a bite couldn’t be easier. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many different cuisines to choose from, and everything was super fresh. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Shout out to Sunny for his friendly service! The bar was a lot of fun in the evenings. There’s live entertainment, and it’s the perfect spot to sip on a cocktail, listen to some music, or even hit the dance floor. The concierge service was super helpful—they stored our luggage, which made things so much easier on check-in and check-out days.

There are many eateries in the mall and it offers a great variety of foods. Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone had a smile. There was a good spread for breakfast, from western to the local cuisine Breakfast starts at 6 am, which means it is very convenient if you have to check out early, Spacious room and bathroom, with a bath and a separate shower. Pool opens at 7 am. Well maintained. There is one for the kids too. They offer buffet lunches and it's half price for Seniors. It was great value considering the variety it offered. I would stay here again on my next trip!

Great room. Was given a family room - Junior suite connected to a twin bedded room. Very spacious and comfortable for the four of us. Not many hotels in KL give a guaranteed connecting room. Most will say subject to availability. And then when we arrived, will get a room - 2 to 3 doors away. But not One World Hotel. That to me is a big plus! There were a lot of staff around. All are polite and ready to help with a smile. Was also given Toys R Us vouchers - for the kids to spend at the Mall. We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and all has been superb.

Yes it is common in this part of the world to have different stations with different cuisines, but the sheer range of large, dedicated stations to different foods was amazing. I just wish we had had dinner there to experience more of the different foods. There is a large bar in the main area, which was also very nice. It appears to be a large conference type hotel, on the outskirts of KL, and it suited our purposes driving north from the airport for an overnight stay.
